Juicy chicken breasts with a delicious Hellmann's mayonnaise and curry crust
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts (500 g)
- 4 dollops Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons medium curry powder
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 210°C, 190°C fan, Gas mark 7.

Combine the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the curry powder and cheese in a bowl.

Arrange the chicken on baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
