Smokey Chipotle Potato Salad with Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise and Mexican Chipotle Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams potatoes, peeled
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 90 ml Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 90 ml Hellmann's Mexican Chipotle Sauce - Medium
- small handful of parsley, roughly chopped
METHOD

Boil the potatoes, drain, and cut into cubes.

Combine onion, mustard, Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s Mexican Chipotle Sauce, and parsley.

Mix together with the potatoes. Season as desired. Serve cold.
