INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 lemon (for Aioli)
- 1 lime (for Chilli)
- 510 grams Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red chilli
- 15 grams parsley and dill
- 15 grams chives
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 grams salt
METHOD

Crush Garlic. Lightly sprinkle over salt & then continue crushing.

Place the crushed garlic into a bowl, and top with Hellmann’s Mayo.

Zest a lemon into the garlic & mayo mix.

Cut the lemon in half, manually squeeze into the mix.

Add a splash of olive oil.

Stir all ingredients together

Serve with everything under the sun.

Finely slice & dice red chilli. Deseed the chilli.

2. Place Hellmann’s Mayo into a bowl and add the diced chilli.

3. Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper into the mix

4. Roll a lime, slice open & manually squeeze in.

Stir all ingredients together and serve.

Strip the Parsley & Dill from their stalks.

Finely chop the parsley & dill then finely chop Chives.

3. Place Hellmann`s mayonnaise into a bowl.

4. Add all herbs & mix together and serve.
