This warm Mexican-style corn dip featuring creamy Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar, jalapeño and paprika adds a kick to any party.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) smoked paprika or sweet paprika
- 2 cans (470 g. ea.) whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) canned jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
METHOD

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon into 1-quart (1 L) baking dish.

Bake* 20 minutes or until warm and bubbling. Serve with chips or your favorite dippers.
