  • DIP:
  • 150 mL (2/3 cup) Montreal smoked meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) white onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) horseradish
  • FRIES:
  • 350 g (12 oz) Cavendish Farms Restaurant StyleTM Waffle Fries
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (7 ml) dry mustard power
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) crushed red pepper flakes, (optional)
  • rosemary sprigs for garnish

METHOD

  1. For DIP, combine all ingredients in bowl, then transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate until serving. (Can be made 1 day ahead.)

  2. For FRIES, Toss frozen Cavendish Farms Fries with spices and cook in oven or air fryer according to package directions.

  3. Transfer cooked fries to a serving dish and serve with dip. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
