Succulent Beef Kebabs with colourful Vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams beef (rump or fillet)
- 2 grams salt and pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 bottle of Hellmann's Australian Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 8 bamboo skewers
METHOD

Cut the beef and the vegetables into cubes of the same size and season with a little salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix well. Thread onto the 8 sticks

Cook for 10 mins on the grill turning frequently.

Serve with the Australian Sweet BBQ sauce
