- 1 lb. salmon or mahi mahi
- 7 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing, divided
- 1 mango, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup diced cherry or grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion or sliced scallion

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place salmon on baking sheet. Brush ¼ cup of the Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing on salmon and bake 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine mango, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion and remaining 3 Tbsp. Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing in bowl. Spoon over baked salmon and serve with rice or quinoa.

Serve over bed of sauteed greens, like spinach, chard or kale along with the side of rice.
