- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 cups plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 lbs. uncooked chicken tenders
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Hellmann's Chicken Tender Mayonnaise Style Dips

Place flour in large shallow bowl and season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs and water. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley and season, if desired, with additional salt and pepper. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip in egg and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

In large non-stick skillet, heat 2 – 3 Tbsp. oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in batches, 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. Serve with Hellmann’s® Chicken Tender Mayonnaise Style Dips.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Prepare chicken tenders as directed and spray both chicken and air fryer basket with cooking spray. Cook chicken in batches 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with Hellmann’s® Chicken Tender Mayonnaise Style Dips.
Baked Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, aluminum foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare chicken tenders as directed and place on baking sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Serve with Hellmann’s® Chicken Tender Mayonnaise Style Dips.
